To update your billing info, login to your account and click the “My Account” link in the top menu to go to your account page. Use the “Update Your Credit Card” button to go to that section on the page.
To cancel your subscription/membership, login to your account and click the “My Account” link in the top menu to go to your account page. Use the “View Your Subscriptions” button to go to that section on the page. Click “Cancel Your Subscription”.
To update your email address, login to your account and click the “My Account” link in the top menu to go to your account page. Use the “Update Your Email” Use the “View Your Subscriptions” button to go to that section on the page. Enter the new email you would like to use. Please Note: Your email address is your Username for the system - you will need to use the new email to login going forward once you have changed it.
Your membership remains active until you cancel it - even if you have received all of your lessons. Continued access to the lessons/course content requires an active and paid subscription each month.
